Natural Oils That Are Great For Reducing Wrinkles:
With maturity comes self acceptance and becoming more comfortable in your own skin, we enjoy looking after ourselves better and this often includes nurturing our skin.
It’s a fact that as we grow older, the texture, plumpness, firmness and overall appearance of our skin changes. The gradual appearance of fine lines and wrinkles are part of the natural process of ageing. As we age, the process of renewal of skin cells slows as the years pass which affects the structure and pliability of skin.
After 30 or 40 your skins ability to retain moisture, produce oil and heal also diminishes. Avoiding this process may be inevitable, but there is much you can do support the skin’s ability to renew itself and produce what it needs to stay looking younger for longer and slow the visible signs of ageing.
Lifestyle choices are another big contributor to the formation of wrinkles, especially sun exposure (particularly without the use of sunscreen) and even wind. Smoking retards collagen production, a key component of skin structure. A reduction in collagen equals an environment for wrinkles to form. Some wrinkles are “well earned” by smiling, squinting or frowning and laugh lines – the signature of a life fully lived.
We are lucky that we can significantly effect the rate at which lines and wrinkles appear, through good nutrition, reduction of stress and the use of good natural skin care ingredients like oils and foods that can feed our skin, softening wrinkles and smoothing lines.
Here are some easy to find natural ingredients that are powerful remedies in the prevention of wrinkles and other signs of ageing that you can find in our book with recipes like: Wrinkle Avocado Facemask For Dry Skin, Wrinkles Oil Blend, Wrinkle Preventative Serum, Wrinkle Serums for 30’s 40’s and 50’s, Wrinkle Busting Cucumber & Mayo Mask, Wrinkle Honey Carrot Mask… and many more Natural Homemade Skin Care Recipes (also available on Amazon)
