Red Raspberry Papaya Skin Smoothie
1 pint of fresh red raspberries (can use frozen if not in season)
½ giant papaya or 1 small whole papaya, skinned deseeded
4 cups (32 oz.) of water, carrot, pineapple or orange juice
For a really frothy blend, add 2-4 ice cubes. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 2 minutes (approx). Serve cold.
If using this on your face you can add oatmeal, avocado, or greek yogurt for extra moisturising.
To make a scrub, add a tablespoon of brown sugar and a little lemon juice to 1/4 cup of this recipe and rub on your skin in the shower, then wash off.
